Kim began her career at High Desert Dental as a dental hygienist and now serves as the Practice Manager and Operations Manager, helping ensure patients receive the highest level of care every day. Kim and her husband have been married for over 20 years and have three amazing children. She loves camping, traveling, being outdoors, and strength training in her free time.

Sarah’s role at High Desert Dental involves helping patients through the financial aspects of their dental care. She understands that the financial obligations of dental care can feel stressful, and she excels in helping clients figure out what works for them. Her many responsibilities include making sure all accounts, ledgers, and insurances are correct. At home, Sarah has two beautiful sets of twin boys, one human and one feline! She loves to boat, fish, and camp on warm summer nights in Boise.

Maribel has well over a decade of dental experience under her belt, having graduated from the Milan Institute’s dental assistant program in 2010. She loves the High Desert Dental environment and how teamwork is prioritized in the office. A true team player, she is always helping out in any way possible. She’s been married for over 22 years, has one daughter, and a lovely Corgi. Spending time with her family and at the softball field with her daughter is one of her favorite pastimes!

Brianna graduated from Idaho State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene and joined the High Desert Dental team shortly after. She loves how everyone at the office is one big happy team that works well together! When she’s not helping patients understand their oral health, she’s outdoors hiking and fishing, or having game nights with family and friends.

Hailing from Arizona, Rachel believes in always striving to grow both personally and professionally. She brings a positive energy and dedication to her patients every day, and is thrilled to be able to help patients achieve healthier, more confident smiles. Outside of the office, you’ll probably find her running, golfing, paddleboarding, or taking on new challenges, both mental and physical! Plus, she loves spending time with her husband and her dog, Paisley.

Kelsi is an Idaho native who has been in the dental field since 2007. She is passionate about delivering patient-focused care and creating a comfortable, positive experience for everyone she interacts with. Her favorite part of working at High Desert Dental is building meaningful relationships with her patients. Outside of the office, she and her husband keep busy with their three children, spending time outdoors every chance they get!

Monica graduated from the Art Institute of Colorado in photography in 2001 and then went on to achieve her dental hygiene degree from Carrington College in 2010. She joined our practice as a full-time team member in 2015, but she was here part-time for years prior. She loves how fun and awesome her team is, and she is grateful to be able to work with so many talented and supportive women. She provides quality patient care and loves to educate them. Monica has been married for 20 years. She has two kids and three English Bulldogs, two of them rescues.

Originally from California, Tina relocated to Idaho in 2017 and has loved the Treasure Valley ever since. Her journey with High Desert Dental began as a patient before she joined the team as a dental assistant and later became a dental hygienist! She loves building genuine relationships with patients and is fascinated by how fast the dental field is advancing. In her spare time, she likes to hike the valley, swim out in the lake, and is kept wonderfully busy by her two senior chihuahuas.

Jessica has worked in pediatric dentistry for over two and a half decades, enjoying every day’s opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients and helping them to feel comfortable during their time at the office. When she’s not working, she loves camping, attending concerts, and spending quality time with family and friends, including her two awesome sons.

Iris has been bringing smiles to patients’ faces for seven years, and her bright energy and expertise help create a welcoming, comfortable experience for everyone she gets to work with! When she isn’t keeping things running smoothly at work, or spreading joy by singing and dancing down the hallways, she’s fully devoted to her family. She is a happily married, proud mom of three children. She also loves whipping up delicious meals for her family, getting lost in crafting projects, and spending time camping in the great outdoors.

Nancy is spending time working on her career to become a dental hygienist by acquiring prerequisites to go back to school at the College of Western Idaho. She worked in pediatric dentistry for years before joining High Desert Dental in December of 2023. Helping patients feel comfortable when they’re nervous and educating them on what to expect at each appointment is her specialty.

With over two decades of dental experience, Sarah came to High Desert Dental ready to provide unparalleled care to patients! She enjoys working with an excellent team and appreciates the ability to learn and grow as a dental assistant. She has two amazing children with her husband, Anthony, and their family loves camping, sports, and doing anything outside. Sarah coaches club and high school volleyball and is highly active in her community church.
